You will be working in a cross-functional agile team, increasing insights through combining online and offline data. Digital analytics is one of our focus areas and we have developed a flexible and robust marketing and online data platform in Google Cloud that will enable you in your work. We utilize Google BigQuery (SQL) and Tableau for analytics. Knowledge of ecommerce and digital marketing, in addition to analytics is beneficial in this role.
The Customer Analytics & Data Management unit consists of 40+ analysts, data scientists, data engineers and product owners working across the Nordics. Our job is to contribute with analysis and ensure high quality data assets, so that If can make data-driven decisions, and be able to do the best for our customers. Key responsibilities include
Creating actionable insights from large volumes of data
Building visualizations to support business in understanding performance and identify areas of improvement
Supporting users in their understanding of data & analytics, including evaluation of business results and communication with users
Working with the requirements gathering process and technical execution
Connecting data and insights to strategies to improve the customer journey
Proactively identifying new opportunities within data and analytics
You have demonstrated work experience with Web Analytics tools, like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
Experience with tag manager systems (e.g. GTM, DTM, Tealium) and from working with data layers
Experience of data transformation (e.g. SQL) and programming (e.g. Python)
Data visualization experience from BI tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI
Relevant university degree (e.g. in Computer Science, Engineering, Maths or Statistics)
Fluent in English
