For our team in Advanced Commercial Analytics, we are looking for Student Data Scientists to assist in driving the development of innovative data science solutions that supports this mission.
Our team consists of 15 Data Scientists with different backgrounds, nationalities and expertise areas, ensuring a skilled data science community while also having fun. We currently have one Student Data Scientist and more former students who have continued as full-time data scientists after graduating.

“As a Student Data Scientist in our team, you will get end-to-end ownership of data science tasks, taking lead on developing machine-learning model from initial ideation and problem scoping to developing the model and overseeing the business implementation”, elaborates your future manager, Martin Bo Marcussen.
You will be paired and coached by senior data scientists and receive relevant training to develop, deliver and grow in the job.
Our tech stack consists of relevant enterprise and open sources tools, including JIRA, SQL, Spark, Hive, Hadoop, Celebrus, SQL Server, Python, PyCharm, Jupyter Notebooks, Anaconda, Bitbucket, pandas, SciPy, sci-kit learn.
After some time as Student Data Scientist, you have obtained a good understanding of the E2E data science value chain as well as gained hands-on experience with developing and deploying data science solutions to solve real-life problems. In other words, a great starting point for a future career within data science.

With that, we imagine that you are in your last year of your bachelor or in the beginning of your master education. Furthermore, we believe you will thrive in the position if you:
· have solid coding skills, e.g. SQL and Python or similar. Experience with Hadoop, PySpark or other big data frameworks would be relevant.
