What impact will you make?
You will make a difference while you grow in a dynamic and inclusive culture based on collaboration, curiosity and high ambitions. We consider it a privilege to be part of your personal development, and we give access to a strong global community where we connect with specialists on a global level, making your ambitions and goals the baseline for your personal growth.

Currently we are in a major digital transformation on both local and global level. A transformation founded in high ambitions and with executive focus. For this we are searching for a new colleague with a wide range of skills. Someone who wants be part of and play an important role in this journey for one of the biggest professional services companies in the world.

The team
For Deloittes internal digitalization department, D@D – Digital at Deloitte, we are looking for a BI developer who knows her or his way around the Microsoft Technology stack (PowerBI in particular). We offer a job where you will have a high level of influence on how to do your job, and where you as an integral member of our team will have an active voice when we make decisions. We work cross functions and borders, but always with the same delivery model. You are encouraged and expected to contribute to an innovative and enthusiastic culture where we help each other to think and deliver in new and improved ways. The team consists of approximately 30 specialists with BI and DW as part of this. A team where exchange of knowledge is a strong part of our culture, both internally, externally, and across Deloitte at a global scale.

Your tasks
You will take part in driving and implementing the BI solutions for our “customers in the business”. You will be an integral component of a strong team where you will participate in all phases – from analysis, design, development and test to roll out. We work agile, based on SCRUM, and if not yet skilled in this method, training will be provided.

We will count on you to take joint responsibility of our cubes and our PowerBI Premium platform, and to be an important advisor for our colleagues.

As an in-house BI developer you will interact directly with employees across Deloitte. In close collaboration with them and our business developers we support the business agenda, the technical development, and help build and improve the foundation for our innovative and data driven solutions.

Your qualifications
You are considered a team player but with individual qualities, and you are the person people go to when they want an honest and qualified answer. You are proactive, a good listener (‘2 ears, 1 mouth’) and easy to interact with, and are motivated by complex challenges that require new knowledge. It will be considered a big plus that you have an appetite for moving BI to a more Analytics focused approach.

You might already work as a consultant or work in an internal BI department, and have a proven track record with cubes and PowerBI. Knowledge of Data Warehouse is a plus.

Technically we expect you have experience when it comes to:

  • Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL
  • Microsoft Front-End tools and Analysis Services Tabular
  • MS PowerBI
  • Statistics and reporting

Additionally, experience with cloud technologies will be a plus.

On a personal level we prefer that you are driven by doing things even better than we did yesterday. You are curious and that you know to grind when needed and invent when needed.
