Senior Digital Analyst

We are currently looking for a motivated and savvy Senior Digital Analyst to join our Global Digital Marketing team.

As a Senior Digital Analyst, you will dive deep into big data to extract, analyze, and report on findings that drive growth for our website as well as our content marketing and social media platforms. You will monitor performance and find opportunities for strategic changes to our pages and platforms via A/B testing. You will manage and improve our tracking setup and attribution modelling using our analytics tools and working with tracking agencies.



Allocation of time: 40%

  • Produce and report on relevant KPIs for traffic, engagement and conversion
  • Support sales initiatives by identifying trends in our traffic that can drive growth for the ecommerce business
  • Support our content marketing and social media teams by identifying sweet spots for engaging content, report on learnings of content that performed
  • Formulate hypotheses that can be tested, measured, and reported
  • Validate data integrity in all analyses performed
  • Support ROAS reporting and analyses when needed

Operations & Execution

Allocation of time: 50%

  • Manage and support our tracking setup with Google Analytics 360, Facebook Analytics, Google TAG Manager, Google Optimize and Adserving tools
  • Manage external analytics agencies and support internal departments
  • Monitor onpage and social media traffic and report on relevant changes
  • Manage adserver setup together with media agencies
  • Partner with multi-disciplinary teams to identify and resolve business short-falls and build upon wins
  • Act as an internal source expert for accounts managed
  • Provide ad hoc operational support across other traffic acquisition channels when needed

Strategy & Innovation

Allocation of time: 10%

  • Initiate internal department projects and pitch ideas for new methods to improve operational effectiveness
  • Find ways to tap into Google BigQuery or other big data tools to support customer journey tracking and cross-device attribution
  • Support reporting and analytical needs that drive high-level decision-making


  • 3-5 years marketing experience across digital and data-driven media
  • A good understanding of the latest in ad tech as well as experience in working with Google Marketing Platform (Google Analytics 360, Google Optimize, Google Ads, Google TAG Manager, Google BigQuery, Google Data Studio), Facebook Business Manager and Analytics. Experience with Flashtalking Adserver and DV360 is a bonus.
  • Experience in driving and working with global lead media agencies in fast pacing multi-national campaign setups
  • Experience in affiliate marketing would be a bonus
  • Friendly, upbeat, ambitious and proactive, a natural ‘doer’
  • Ambitious self-starter who can make decisions and confidently manage your workload with minimal supervision, and prioritise the most urgent tasks
  • Effective communicator with excellent written and spoken English and strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure, learn and adapt quickly, and adhere to tight deadlines
