Do you want to play a vital role in building third generation of the preferred process performance system in Novo Nordisk? We are now looking for a Business Analyst to support design and implementation of our production performance monitoring system on Novo Nordisk production sites in Denmark and abroad.
As our new Business Analyst, you will be a part of a central project team that over the past years has developed and implemented, what has become the preferred process performance information system (POInT) in Novo Nordisk implemented at 100+ production lines. You’ll have a chance to immerse yourself into not only the tech, but also understand the ins and outs of the business challenge as you engage with the team members as well as internal stakeholders to shape the best solutions. Main tasks of the Business Analyst are:
- Understanding operational technology production data
- Preparation and review of Interface Agreements and Master Data
- Support and participate in implementation activities
- Technical and Data Troubleshooting in the entire system Stack
- Sparing with local stakeholders to improve data quality
- Continuously challenging and suggesting new processes and methods which can improve the project team and the solution.
As the POInT solution is being developed and deployed at sites all over the world, you should expect some travelling as part of the position.
Your academic background is Technician, IT/OT Engineering, MSc., or similar, and you have 2-5 years of experience. Ideally you have experience with discrete production and production performance (OEE) in general. You are familiar with GMP and have experience in structured troubleshooting.
Further, it is a benefit if you have experience within:
- SQL programming
- Master data configuration
- C# or similar programming languages
- Cloud knowledge (Azure and AWS)
- PLC and SCADA Systems
As a person you are flexible, structured, proactive, self-driven and team oriented. You are eager to learn, and you are curious of nature. You are also an outgoing person and confident in interacting with different stakeholders, at many levels, and able to proactively get involved in relevant technical and non-technical discussions.
It is a plus if you have experience with integrating to various system of records within a corporate environment using different protocols, or have previous experience working in a regulated environment.
As our corporate language is English, we expect you to be fluent both in writing and spoken.

The department Manufacturing Intelligence, Manufacturing IT is focused on optimising the way Operational Technology (OT) and MI systems are developed, implemented, scaled and operated across Novo Nordisk. We set the strategic direction within MI technologies and implement global MI solutions by applying some of the newest technologies available. Our team is located in Bagsværd, Denmark and work hand-in-hand with our Product Supply colleagues, meaning that you will get to work closely with the users and technologies that drive our global manufacturing processes forward.
