With an increasing need for transparency in a complex scientific arena and with digital communication becoming key, we are investigating opportunities to create transparency around the measures we initiate and support globally, among others congresses. There is a high need for understanding performance and recognition of our approach compared to other communicators in the market.
In your role you will take ownership of identifying, documenting and coordinating scientific share of voice parameters, assist in the development of internal communication, identify opportunities on how to leverage insights gained, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to broaden the most accurate understanding of the market situation.

We are looking for a passionate student with a creative mindset, applying very structured working methods. You are currently studying your bachelor or master’s degree in business, communication, math or other related fields. You already have some experience with cross-functional project management either in a work or academic setting. A curiosity for digging deep into data and finding learnings and input with a strategic perspective, as well a keen interest in modern communication technologies and innovation is a must, together with excellent Microsoft Office skills, and you are fluent in both oral and written English.
You will need to manage a high degree of complexity. Therefor it is critical that you have a methodical approach to your work and tasks and the ability to adapt, when priorities change. You are communicative, bring a can-do attitude and a healthy sense of humour to your work – even when the pressure is on. Finally, you have excellent interpersonal skills, a professional and personal impact that is reflected in your desire to independently take initiative and responsibility for your projects.

About the department
Strategic Partnering is an integral part of Global Medical Affairs (GMA). GMA composes of medical doctors and a highly qualified operational team. Together they play a critical role in supporting Novo Nordisk clinical activities, ensuring communication across all phases of our clinical trial programs is consistent and medical education is developed at highest scientific standards.
